The Products will be delivered (always) during business days (excluding, therefore, Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays) at the address provided by the Customer at the time of order confirmation. The delivery period will be that stipulated in the shipping section of this website (except in the event of a force majeure event or unforeseeable circumstances). The signature of the Customer (or a designated representative) will be required at the time of delivery.

The courier may request that an identity document be shown to the person who will collect the package. Please note that CaptainHook ™ does not deliver to PO Boxes, and there are no deliveries on select holidays.

We can only deliver an order shipped to a delivery address that is a home or office in one of the countries listed in the shipping section of the Website.

In the event that the payment method chosen by you has been by bank transfer, we inform you that deliveries will be sent once CaptainHook ™ has received the transfer of the total purchase amount.
