You can cancel any order   at no cost and without having to offer us any explanation, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please note that we started processing orders placed in our on-line store almost immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, first check the status of your order in the “My Orders” link at the bottom of the Website or in your user profile.

The status of your order is “pending” or “on go” you can cancel your order by contacting our call center (see the help section on the Website). Our customer service agents will request the cancellation of your order to our warehouse. If they can achieve this they will, send you an email and the cancellation will be free. If cancellation is not possible, the product(s) will be sent to you and you may return them in accordance with the procedure set out below

If a product (clothing or accessories) sold by CaptainHookEquipment.com has an alleged manufacturing problem or there is a lack of conformity on the part of the Customer, the Customer should immediately contact Online Sales Support by mail regular mail to the following address.

The legal warranties established by Articles 119, 120 and 121 of the Consumers Act, as defined below, shall apply to the sale of the Products. You will have the right to return the products that have been delivered to you if they are defective or that they are not compliant with your order when you receive them. You can do this within 14 days of finding the defect. This will not affect your legal rights. In case your claim is justified, you will be refunded the purchase price and shipping costs. In accordance with Article 102 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the Customer will have the right to withdraw from the purchase without indicating the reason for said withdrawal for a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer receives physical possession of the Product,provided that:

  1. products have not been washed or used in any way (it is permissible to try on clothing or accessories to check that it is your size, unless we have indicated otherwise);
  2. the product is complete: for example, in the event that the product is sold in pairs, both elements must be returned;

Returns of any product that has been altered, present clear signs of use or from which the attached safety seal have been broken will not be accepted.

CaptainHookEquipment.com will promptly refund all payments received from the Customer, including any “reasonable” delivery costs and, in any event, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of physical receipt of the product and provided that CaptainHookEquipment.com is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with this Clause. CaptainHookEquipment.com will make the refund for the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial operation.

CaptainHookEquipment.com shall have the right to withhold the refund until you have received the return and reviewed the Product.
